The first use of "shamanic drugs" has been archeologically documented to have been around 8500 B.C.
These "drugs" are really plants and herbs that contain natural psychoactive ingredients which affect your body, much like some foods that can effect the way you feel.

Its a changing world. Before 6000 bc we NEVER used shamanic drugs and we don't need them, shaman drugs are newer teachings. It takes about 13 years of disciplines, healing and knowledge teachings to master it without drugs, and I am proof that to go the entire journey, its slower, more mature, but then you have it permanently between the waking world and the dream world as one with perfect health. I do it back and forth between the worlds and am proof and now i teach apprentices.
