i like them both because they have different ways of dealing with competition, though i do feel like nastia had a lot more pressure because she had been in the spotlight for so long having ppl talk about how shed win everything. and she may have been spoiled w/money, but she certainly had to work her ass off just like shawn. people had her in mind for hte olympics since she was 10 for goodness sake!

i feel sorry for shawn because all the media had been saying she was GOING to win and building up everyone's expectations so it was harder to be pleased when she came an amazing second! i thought they both did great and wouldve both deserved the gold |
