There was no jealousy. People just couldn't take the fact that he could not accept defeat. Everybody gets defeated at some point but MJ handled defeat by faking injury. That is not cool and it is a sign of poor sportsmanship and lack of class! The opposite of greatness!

Michael Johnson is a legend and D. Bailey is an has ran. You don't put up the numbers that this Man did & not be Great. I think he was very humble he took a lot of flax from too, too many jealous runners & let his wins do the talking for him. You may not like MJ but you can not take away what he has accomplished. Longevity in this sport=Greatness. D. Bailey had one good year.
