wake up in the morning do 4 sets of 25 reps push ups then 4 sets 25 reps cruncehes, do that b4 you eat anything, then do the same b4 bed also some cardio about 4 days a week, and stay away from junk food, and dont eat 3 hours b4 you go to bed and youll lose weight and have nice abs.

I really enjoy this ab work out I can do it no problem but I still have a flabby tummy why is that?????????? |
